Financial Policies

Thank you for selecting our office for your periodontal/implant care. Our goal is to provide you with high quality treatment in a warm and caring environment. We understand financial pressures and strive to make treatment affordable by keeping our fees reasonable. Our fee schedule is comparable to or below the usual and customary rates for our area.

Dental Insurance

We will be happy to assist you in determining what portion of your treatment is covered by insurance and, as a courtesy to all of our patients, we will file your private insurance claim. Please remember to bring your insurance card or papers on the first visit. We are participating providers with Delta Dental and Aetna.

Our office will make every effort to collect the appropriate payment from your dental insurance company. However, if your insurance company fails to make payment 120 days after the service are rendered, the balance of your bill will become your responsibility. Please understand that should your insurance not cover what is predicted, you will then become responsible for any uncovered portion.

We can submit upon your request a predetermination to your insurance company to obtain a closer figure of your out-of-pocket expense but ALL insurance companies stipulate that predetermination is NOT A GUARANTEE OF PAYMENT. Any unpaid portion of your treatment not paid by your insurance company remains your responsibility.

Your insurance coverage is a contract between you and your insurance company. We only represent a third party, handling submission for you, and we are NOT responsible for any dispute you may have with your carrier. We will supply any information your carrier may need in order to process your claim accordingly, but ultimately any unpaid balance of your account will remain your responsibility.

Payment Options

We have a variety of options to ensure payment of any portion not covered by your dental insurance. We accept most major credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, & Discover). For your convenience you can also pay with cash, checks, and check cards.

We also offer 12-month interest free financing and other extended financing schedules through Springstone. We will be glad to discuss these with you upon your arrival.
